Tom Lisiecki

Mr. Lisiecki has more than 17 years of professional experience in the real estate sector working at property development companies. After completing his university degree at the University of Toronto in economics and finance, he joined TriGranit Polska in 2004 helding several positions at TriGranit. He worked as commercial manager of the residential project Debowe Tarasy in Katowice, and then he was promoted to development director of the B4B office project in Krakow (2007). He served as country director Poland from 2008 and he later the Chief Development Officer of TGD and Managing Director and the President of the Board of Directors of the company’s Polish affiliate. After TPG’s acquisition of TriGranit, in 2015, Mr. Lisiecki became the Chief Investment Officer of the corporation. Before rejoining TriGranit in 2019, he worked for CityCon in Stockholm for 2 years as Chief Development Officer.

Mr. Lisiecki was involved on all TriGranit’s projects in Poland: Silesia City Center and 1000 apartments complex Oak Tearraces (Debowe Tarasy) in Katowice, Bonarka City Center and Bonarka for Business (B4B – 7 class A office towers) in Krakow and the integrated transport, entertainment and commercial hub of Poznan, the Poznan City Center. Mr. Lisiecki is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management and WHU–Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Agnieszka Turowska

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Turowska has a 11 year track record in the real estate sector, prior to joining TriGranit in 2013, she worked 6 years at MT Development Group – a real estate investment platform based in Poland, managed by one of the leading Fund Managers in Europe. Working in an international environment, she was engaged in real estate acquisitions and was responsible for setting up proper controlling and reporting standards in the Group. In years 2010-2012 she managed operations of the Group as Finance and Commercial Manager.

Before joining the real estate market in 2007, Ms. Turowska was collecting valuable experiences in the broader finance field working among others in the audit department at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Warsaw and controlling department at Robert Bosch GmBH in Stuttgart. She is a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants.

Ms. Turowska is responsible for overseeing the corporate finance, accounting and controlling functions at the whole company including all TriGranit countries.

Beata Kokeli

Head of Asset Management & Country Manager Poland

Mrs. Kokeli has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate sector working both at development companies and at real-estate agencies. Prior joining TriGranit, she has spent 4 years at CBRE as Head of Property and Asset Management and then as Senior Director and Head of Retail. She focused on developing retail services and she also contributed to Retail Platform activities (Investment, Retail, Development Consultancy, Building Consultancy and Property and Asset Management).

Between 2008-2012 Mrs. Kokeli worked as a Chief Commercial Officer and later Board Member at Centrum Development & Investments in Poland, where she was responsible for the company’s commercial policy. Between 2001-2008, at the Danish TK Development Group she was responsible for development, leasing and marketing activities. She holds public licenses in “Real Estate Brokerage” and “Real Estate Manager”.

Eric Assimakopoulos

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Assimakopoulos founded Revetas and is the Managing Partner of Revetas Capital Advisors LLP and has over 28 years’ experience in the real estate sector.

Mr. Assimakopoulos has broad knowledge of Central and Eastern European markets and has been investing in the region for over 15 years. He has led the acquisition and development of c. €1.5 billion of real estate across the US and Europe over the last 20 years.

Mr. Assimakopoulos started his career building the Gnome Group, Inc from a small design build firm to one of the top engineering and development companies in the telecommunications sector during the mid-1990's. The group was one of the leaders in inside plant engineering, building some of the most advanced data centers and telecommunications networks across the US and Europe.

In 1999, Mr. Assimakopoulos partnered with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (MSREF) to form Metronexus, a technology driven real estate fund. As Chairman and CEO he was responsible for the acquisition and development of over USD300 million of property covering over 3 million square feet in the US and Europe.

In 2002 Mr. Assimakopoulos led the acquisition of several major sale and lease back transactions with the Belgian ministry of finance and a KKR portfolio company (Tenovis).

In 2003 Mr. Assimakopoulos launched Bifrost Investment group as a platform to invest in CEE and has consummated transactions with large corporates including Suez Tractebel, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank (VUB Bank), HVB Bank and Patron Capital.

Since 2009, he has actively developed a platform to restructure and recapitalise distressed real estate in CEE, leading to the formation of Revetas Capital. Since then, Mr. Assimakopoulos successfully invested in, restructured and recapitalised c. €1.1 billion worth of real estate in the region.

Richard Hatter

Member of the Board

Mr. Hatter has worked and invested with the Revetas leadership team for over 15 years, and is a member of Revetas' Recommendation Committee.

He has over 30 years’ experience of commercial and residential investment, planning and development. Mr Hatter is highly experienced in mixed use planning and development throughout central and Greater London and, as a principal, has led or participated in over £500 million of transactions and secured planning consent for over 1.5 million feet of floor space across more than 30 major projects.

Mr Hatter started his career at Richard Ellis (now CBRE) where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, before working as a Director at both Trafalgar House Developments Ltd and Fletcher King PLC. In 1998 Mr. Hatter founded Brooksplace Limited which undertook the acquisition improvement development and trading of property assets primarily in London and through joint venture arrangements and partnerships. The business was sold in August 2016 enabling him to spend more time on Revetas activities. Mr. Hatter also continues to have an interest in two UK real estate business’s Epsilon - a Development Management platform and Newbury Developments GB Limited - a regional house builder where he is the Chairman and major shareholder.
