Árpád Török, MRICS MBA

Mr. Török has been in the international property development and advisory business for more than 19 years. He has been in different executive positions for 14 years at TriGranit, working several years also at Ernst & Young and Cushman & Wakefield in Hungary and Greece. He was appointed as CEO of TriGranit in 2009, during the most demanding global economic and market conditions. His leadership helped not only TriGranit but the property business community to overcome the crisis period. Under his leadership TriGranit has completed retail and office developments in Hungary, Romania, Poland and Croatia of 350,000 sqm GLA with a total value of EUR 800 million. Poznan Glowny and Bonarka for Business office towers in Krakow or the Arena Centar in Zagreb are some of these examples.

His vision and professional approach has been appreciated by his peers and colleagues: At the 2011 CIJ Real Estate Awards Hungary gala Árpád Török was awarded with the prestigious Industry Leadership Award and one year later received the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary – Golden Cross by the President of Hungary in 2012. Mr. Török is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Tomasz Lisiecki

Tom Lisiecki joined TriGranit Polska in 2004 as a financial analyst, soon after completing his university degree at the University of Toronto in economics and finance (2002). He served later as commercial manager of the residential project Debowe Tarasy in Katowice. He was promoted to development director of the B4B office project in Krakow (2007). He serves as country director Poland from 2008 and he is currently the Chief Development Officer of TGD and managing director and the President of the Board of directors of the company’s Polish affiliate.

Mr. Lisiecki was involved on all TriGranit’s projects in Poland: Silesia City Center and 1000 apartments complex Oak Terraces (Debowe Tarasy) in Katowice, Bonarka City Center and Bonarka for Business (B4B – 5 class "A" office towers) in Krakow and the integrated transport, entertainment and commercial hub of Poznan, the Poznan City Center. Mr. Lisiecki is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a Certified Commercial Investment member.

Gyula Ágházi

Gyula Ágházi is the Chief Operation Officer of TriGranit Corporation. In his capacity as a COO, Mr. Ágházi supervises the daily operation of TriGranit Group and oversees the finance, tax, human resources and information system functions.

Prior to joining TriGranit in 2007, Mr. Ágházi spent 11 years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, the largest global audit and advisory firm where he was responsible for leading projects on both audit and M&A practices and managed audit, special financial and administration system engagements for clients in Hungary, in the Middle-East and in the US in real estate, retail, transportation and energy industries.

As board member of Westend City Center he was responsible for reaching the best possible positioning the mall both in the Hungarian and the CEE region.

Mr. Ághazi is an MBA, certified tax advisor and a full member of the Chamber of Hungarian Chartered Accountants.

Anand Tejani

TPG Capital

Mr. Tejani is a Partner and a member of TPG Real Estate’s Investment Committee and is based in London. He joined TPG in 2006 and has helped establish TPG Real Estate’s business, leading the group’s European investments including Merin Group Holding B.V., the Woolgate Exchange and P3 Logistic Parks. Prior to joining TPG, Mr. Tejani served as a Director at Lion Capital LLP and worked at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in London. Mr. Tejani received an A.B. in applied mathematics with economics from Harvard College where he was a John Harvard Scholar.

Michael Abel

TPG Capital

Michael is a Managing Director and a member of TPG Real Estate’s Investment Committee and is based in London. He joined TPG from Europa Capital and started his career in the Private Equity Real Estate divisions of J.P.Morgan and Lehman Brothers. He holds a Diplome de Grande Ecole and MSc in Management from ESCP Europe, and speaks German, Spanish, English, Portuguese and French. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of TriGranit and A&O Hotels and Hostels.
