Long Island Seychelles

Mr. Demján envisioned the creation of a luxury resort on Long Island, a 21-hectare private island within the Seychelles. Developed by TriGranit, the master plan featured 116 guest villas – most with private pools – alongside restaurants, bars, a spa, leisure and recreational facilities, wellness and sports complexes, a wedding chapel, and a helipad.

TriGranit Development Corporation has signed an agreement to operate the Shangri-La Resort & Spa Seychelles on the island. The project was undertaken on behalf of an exclusive group of prominent international investors, including Nathaniel Rothschild, Sándor Csányi, Sándor Demján, Sándor Nyúl, and Todd Cowan. The development was later sold, marking the completion of one of TriGranit’s most exclusive international ventures.
