Bálint Brenner

Bálint Brenner has more than 17 years of professional experience working in finance and financial planning. He graduated from the Budapest University of Economic Science and the Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree majoring in Corporate Finance, specialising in Governmental Policy and Management.

Bálint started his career back in 2006 at IBM Hungary International Shared Service Center as a Finance Planning intern, where afterwards he has been promoted to Planning Analyst. He worked at IBM until 2009, when he decided to continue his career at Citibank International Plc as Financial Reporting Analyst. His main tasks and responsibilities were very diversified and included the preparation of the financial regulatory returns for Western Europe legal entities in accordance with local regulatory (FSA) requirements, and the production and delivery of daily, monthly and quarterly statistical and regulatory reporting returns.

In 2011, he decided to seek new challenges in a different sector and joined Reader’s Digest Publishing House as a Business Analyst, and stayed at the publisher until 2018. At Reader’s Digest, Bálint was responsible for daily and monthly financial planning, transactions and reporting, and acted as a link between the Finance and Marketing departments by representing the financial aspect within Marketing.

Since 2018, Bálint has been helping TriGranit’s financial prosperity as the Finance Manager and also acts as the Managing Director of Duna Kongresszus Ltd, where he is responsible for every aspect of the financial forecasting, planning, transactions and reporting.

Bálint speaks English and German fluently.
