TriGranit’s latest office development, the Millennium Gardens office building was constructed along a 1 km-long promenade on the bank of the Danube next to MÜPA Budapest, the National Theatre and the K&H Headquarters, offering a remarkably spectacular view for its tenants. The concept for the two-winged complex with its modern architecture and overall glass surface supplemented by a compelling glass bridge over the ground floor was conceived by Finta Studio to suit a uniquely located area with exceptional conditions.
The building’s design was planned in consideration of sustainability, using modern architectural solutions, as well as in correspondence with the BREEAM ’Excellent’ and Access4You ’Gold’ certifications.

Adapting to the newest city utilisation trends, the office building is equipped with a storage for 248 bicycles as well as changing rooms and showers. The office complex has more than 640 underground parking spaces on 4 levels equipped with electric car chargers.
The spacious, green garden with water surface promotes recreation and healthy work-life balance as well as working at an alternative location and can also function as a public meeting point. Green, open spaces on the ground floor are accessible for passengers. The office complex also hosts a premium restaurant on the ground floor with seating for 300 people.
Millennium Gardens is easily accessible from any part of the city (tram lines 1, 2, 24 and the H7 suburban railway have stops in the immediate vicinity) while Liszt Ferenc International Airport is only a 20-minute drive away. Duna Medical Center is a few minutes’ walk away, the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and Corvinus University of Budapest are also a few minutes’ tram ride from the building and there are numerous amenities and services nearby.
