The Millennium Gardens development is the next office development of TriGranit in Hungary, which is located on a site by the bank of the Danube, close to the future Congress Centre at MÜPA and the National Theatre. The project is the last office element of the Millennium City Center at the Danube between Petőfi and Rákóczi Bridge in the South Pest office corridor.
The Millennium City Center project itself has been a huge regeneration project in Budapest, carried out by TriGranit. Over the past decade, TriGranit has developed a total area of 360,000 sqm on Millennium City Center’s 3-hectare plot; the Duna-Pest Residences consisting of more than 310 luxury apartments; the world famous Palace of Arts, MÜPA; four Millennium Tower class “A” office buildings; and the K&H Headquarters.
Future development on the site will provide over 37,000 sqm GLA office space with a spectacular view over the Buda Hills, the bridges of the city and the Danube. The building is located in a rapidly developing city district, surrounded by wild range of amenities, culture and entertainment facilities to provide convenience for the tenants.
The architects of the award winning Finta Studio dreamed a building complex with two elements, dominated with grandiose glass surfaces, the two parts of the buildings are connected with an impressive glass bridge above the ground floor, which gives flexibility in the office space arrangement.
The developer TriGranit has designed the building with consideration for the environment, which is attested by the BREEAM certificate. The building features include electronically controlled shading system, chilled ceiling AC, raised floors and suspended ceilings. TriGranit’s office buildings, thus also the Millennium Towers are designed to fulfil every needs of their tenants and provide employee friendly solutions like roof-top terraces, bicycle storage spaces with shower rooms and electric car chargers. The office building will be surrounded by a park and fountain to support creative work flow.
A building provides more than 600 parking spaces, 463 cycle storage spaces, 8 changing rooms with showers and accessible toilets. There are two 2 spacious lobbies with a central corridor and restaurant on the ground floor for 400 people.
