The Silesia for Business (S4B) is an office complex with two phases and altogether more than 40,000 sqm GLA, that will be located in Katowice, Poland, at an excellent location neighbouring one of the region’s largest and most successful commercial centre, the award-winning Silesia City Center (developed by TriGranit in 2005) as well as the Debowe Tarasy residential estate.
