Two new office tenants in Millennium Gardens

We are happy to announce the signing of new office tenants in Millennium Gardens in Budapest! In Agust 2022, Fressnapf Hungária will take part of the top floor space on the prestigious 9th floor of Millenium Gardens.
Millennium Gardens’ blue-chip tenant mix now also includes MSD Pharmaceuticals (known as Merck in the USA & Canada) which has decided to lease 1,500 sqm which stands to benefit from our latest state-of-the-art solutions for Covid-19 and sustainability measures i.e. BREEAM Excellent certification.
2021 is a story of continued progress with signed leases for over 14,000 sqm. and a building well on its way to a June completion, all thanks to the hard work of TriGranit’s dedicated leasing and construction team, the support of OTP Bank and our co-exclusive agencies CBRE and Colliers.
