The construction of Millennium Gardens Second Phase continues
The construction of Millennium Gardens’ Second Phase continues with the installation of sanitary units, mechanical installation of shafts, masonry work on shafts, mechanical installation of the cores, while half of the shaft closures have been completed, as well as tiling, and three of the six high-speed elevators and basement lifts have been installed.
In addition, the rooftop terrace is already blooming and we can have a magnificent view of the roof garden of the First Phase, the Danube, Buda Hills, the National Theatre, and the MüPA.
The handover of Millennium Gardens’ Second Phase will take place in the first quarter of 2024.
