Colliers appointed as priority leasing agency for TriGranit’s Millennium Gardens office building

Colliers Magyarország has been chosen as the priority leasing agency of Millennium Gardens, an office building being developed by TriGranit alongside the Danube with 37,000 sqm GLA. As part of the assignment, in addition to performing the full scope of leasing activities, Colliers will also cooperate with TriGranit as a consultant on updating the Millennium Gardens leasing strategy and will prepare market and competitor analyses as well.
Millennium Gardens will be the last new office building next to the Palace of Arts and the National Theatre as well as the closing element of the Millennium City Center, also developed by TriGranit. The exclusively designed two-wing office building is situated right on the Danube, along a uniquely maintained green area with a 1.5 km long green promenade. The office complex awaits tenants from H2 2021 with 37,000 sqm GLA and more than 500 parking spaces. During the development, TriGranit has greatly emphasized today’s employee and tenant needs, under which the building will be equipped with storage for more than 200 bicycles as well as changing rooms and showers. Additionally, the office building will have electric car chargers, facilitating environmental awareness.
The spacious, green garden with water surface promotes recreation and healthy work-life balance as well as working at an alternative location, that will also function as a public space and a meeting point.
Additionally, the differently sized terraces attached to the offices will also provide comfort for employees.
