DRFG has acquired Signum Work Station in Warsaw

DRFG Investment Group – with the strategic support of TriGranit – has acquired Signum, a modern office building strategically located near Warsaw Chopin Airport.

This landmark property boasts seven above-ground floors, three underground levels, and offers state-of-the-art office spaces to globally renowned tenants like Ringier Axel Springer, Mondelez International, Columbia, and PPD. Its BREEAM Excellent certification highlights its focus on sustainability, complemented by features supporting sustainable mobility.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone as DRFG’s first office property in Poland. We are confident in Poland’s potential and are actively pursuing further opportunities in this dynamic market.

As part of the acquisition, TriGranit, which joined the DRFG family in August, will play a key role by:
– Enhancing tenant experiences through fit-outs for both existing and new occupiers.
– Upgrading technology and the building’s BMS system to further elevate its ESG efficiency.
– Managing and improving the facility to meet the highest standards.
