Enel-Med signed their new lease contract at Signum Work Station
We are pleased to announce the signing of a new lease agreement with the medical center Enel-Med for service space in the Signum Work Station building in Warsaw.
Founded in 1993, the Enel-Med Group is now the largest Polish medical company, offering comprehensive healthcare services across the country. Under the agreement, which includes both an extension of the existing lease and a more than threefold expansion of the leased area, the medical provider will occupy approximately 2,200 sqm of modern space on the ground floor of the building at ul. Domaniewska 49 in the Mokotów district. CBRE Poland represented the tenant in the negotiation process.
In December 2024, Signum Work Station was acquired by DRFG Investment Group with the strategic support of TriGranit.
