Full house in Krakow’s Bonarka for Business Building E
Krakow, 26 July 2016 – With two companies recently signing a lease agreement in Building E, the fifth building in Krakow’s most popular office building, Bonarka for Business (B4B), has reached 100% occupancy level. Gerda Broker Sp. z o.o. leases 301,91 sqm GLA on the ground floor of Building E, while Skelia Poland Sp. z o.o. takes 511,21 sqm GLA on the 4th floor. B4B adds almost yearly approx. 10 000 sqm GLA new office space to Krakow’s office market, and TriGranit, the developer of the B4B buildings plans to go on with this trend.

About Bonarka for Business
At completion, the B4B project will consist of 10 buildings with a total area of 95.000 sqm GLA in an overall investment amount of EUR 200 million. After opening Bonarka City Center in 2009, the first two buildings, A and B of the Bonarka for Business opened up in 2011, followed by Building C in 2012, Building D in 2013 and Building E in 2015.
