Infinity has obtained its building permit
We are delighted to announce that the first phase of the 18,000 sqm GLA mixed-use project “Infinity” in Krakow, Poland has obtained a valid building permit. The project focuses on revitalizing a commercial area on Wadowicka street in Cracow that will be transformed into a dynamic, mixed-use district. The first phase involves developing a total built area of 18,000 sqm with a total GLA of 10,470 sqm designated for office functions and 1,300 sqm for retail, namely gastronomy and other services. Situated just a 12-minute drive from the city center and integrated within a metropolitan setting, it is imperative to establish a vibrant destination with generous pedestrian areas. To achieve this, 3,830 sqm of green spaces and 800 sqm of green rooftops will be incorporated. The organic architecture provides a flexible framework for future user activities.
As the concept was developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, innovative ideas for creating a post-pandemic model were implemented. These include the creation of meeting rooms on the ground floor, dual access options to the building, and self-registration systems for guests.
