JLL is appointed as the exclusive agent for Signum Work Station
JLL Poland has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Signum Work Station, an office building in Warsaw acquired in December 2024 by DRFG Investment Group with the support of TriGranit.
The property is undergoing upgrades focused on innovation, user comfort, and ESG initiatives, including a green energy supply, technological enhancements, and modernization of common areas. “We are delighted that JLL’s experts will support us in commercializing this property, and I am confident our cooperation will deliver excellent results,” said Marta Zawadzka, Head of Leasing and Asset Management at TriGranit.
Located on Domaniewska Street in Mokotów’s business district, Signum Work Station offers 32,400 sqm of leasable space across seven above-ground and three underground floors, along with 870 parking spaces.
