Luxoft moves to the newest building of Bonarka for Business in Krakow
50% occupancy in Building F of Krakow’s most popular office park developed by TriGranit
Krakow, 25 May 2016 – Just shortly after signing the lease agreement with GlobalLogic for approx. 2 500 sqm GLA in the newest building of Bonarka for Business, in Building F, TriGranit concluded a further lease agreement with another IT company – Luxoft, leading provider of software development services and innovative IT solutions to a global client base – to lease 2 floors in total of approx. 2,500 sqm GLA. The occupancy in Building F is already 50%. The commencement date is scheduled for mid of September 2016.
Building “F” to be ready in Q3 2016 is the sixth building in Krakow’s most popular office park. The 8 storey building with 10 000 sqm GLA will offer a modern, employee friendly office space with BREEAM certification at ‘very good’ level, fully taking into consideration the tenants needs. After Building F, building G is scheduled for first quarter 2017.
