New Head of Leasing and Asset Management at TriGranit

​We are delighted to announce the return of Marta Zawadzka to TriGranit as our new Head of Leasing and Asset Management. Marta brings over two decades of experience in office and retail leasing, asset management, and strategic portfolio growth. She officially rejoined us in April 2025 and will oversee leasing activities for Signum and Bonarka for Business in Poland, as well as manage leasing and asset management efforts across multiple countries where TriGranit operates. ​

Marta’s impressive career includes leadership roles at Yareal, Avestus Real Estate, NEINVER, Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, and GTC. Her deep understanding of the Polish and European real estate landscape, coupled with a strong network of industry connections, will be instrumental in strengthening TriGranit’s leasing strategy and market presence.​
