Having its latest office development, the Millennium Gardens well advanced in construction, TriGranit held an extraordinary rooftop brunch for real estate agencies on 16th July.

Despite the scorching heat, we are proud to say almost every member of the Agency Market team was present at the Rooftop Dinner Client Party and made the evening all the more astounding. Agents of Colliers International, CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and ESTON could experience the astonishing view, the building with 37,000 sqm GLA will offer for its future tenants. According to the guests’ feedbacks, the panorama was great even from the lower floors in a 360° angle, especially the sides facing Müpa Budapest, the Gellért Hill and the Soroksári road. Currently the structural construction works are nearly finished and the facade works will prospectively start in November, while the whole office building will be handed over in Q2 2022.
