Ister Tower
About the project
This modern project will become a new architectural landmark of Bratislava’s downtown, a quickly developing area in the heart of the city. It‘s centerpiece will be the Ister Tower skyscraper, soaring 100 meters high with 33 floors, accompanied by two smaller buildings.
One of them is the eight-story high Ister Business Suites, which will feature commercial spaces alongside premium duplex apartments, designed to accommodate an active lifestyle and business needs.
The other is Ister Parkside, a twelve-story development overlooking a park. It will offer compact hotel-style units as well as exclusive family residences with terraces, providing exceptional views and a sense of privacy.
The entire project will include 489 residential units, over 1,000 square meters of commercial space, and ample parking facilities.
