Smetanka Park

Smetanka Park will be located in Olomouc, the sixth most populous city in the Czech Republic, near the main railway station. The project will transform a current brownfield site — the term brownfield generally refers to an abandoned or neglected area, previously used for industrial purposes with potential residual contamination. So, by revitalizing this space, Smetanka Park will not only enhance the local infrastructure and improve the visuals of the area, but it will also have a positive impact on the environment.

Covering approximately 30,000 square meters of floor space, the project will include over 500 residential units. Additionally, there will be provisions for underground parking and retail spaces, offering residents convenient access to shops and cafés.
