Torgovy Kvartal Shopping Center

Torgovy Kvartal is a major shopping and entertainment center located in Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia. With a gross leasable area of 56,000 square meters, the center hosts around 200 retail units and provides parking for up to 2,000 vehicles. Situated along the city’s main east-west thoroughfare, it is easily accessible by car and public transport, with a bus station directly in front of the mall.

The expansion project of the shopping center was carried out by TriGranit. This redevelopment, completed in the first half of 2015, aimed to meet the needs of the city’s growing population and economic development.
