Rolling Wireless extends and expands their lease at Bartók Ház
Rolling Wireless has signed a long-term lease extension and expansion at Bartók Ház, covering more than 1,500 sqm of office space. With this agreement, Rolling Wireless has become the second-largest tenant in the building, further strengthening the tenant mix of the property.
“We are thrilled to have Rolling Wireless in the building and truly appreciate their continued trust in us and in the quality of our services. Their long-term commitment confirms Bartók Ház’s strong market position and our shared vision for sustainable growth,” said Károly Dömötör Makk. The parties would also like to express their appreciation to Eston for their professional cooperation and support throughout the leasing process.
Rolling Wireless is the world’s leading supplier of network access devices (NADs) to the automotive industry, with over 60 million automotive-grade cellular modules shipped to date. Rolling Wireless was established as an independent company in 2020, with the divestiture of Sierra Wireless’ automotive business unit. Headquartered in Luxembourg, the company employs more than 300 automotive experts worldwide.
The existing development site in Budapest will be transformed into a fully-fledged development centre, with both hardware and firmware development being added to the existing software expertise, further reinforcing the company’s global R&D footprint.
