TriGranit strengthens its successful operation with a new Head of Asset Management
Budapest, 6 July 2016 – TriGranit today announced the appointment of Beata Kokeli as Head of Asset Management of TriGranit Corporation. Her appointment was the next step in the restructuring of the company after the TPG acquisition end of 2015.
In her new position, Ms. Kokeli will be part of the management team, while being responsible for TriGranit’s portfolio strategy, asset & property management and leasing activities. Beneath the classic asset management tasks of overseeing the whole TriGranit portfolio consisting of office and retail projects, she will also support the acquisition and development processes of new assets.
Beata has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate sector working both at development companies and at real-estate agencies. Between 2001-2008, at the Danish TK Development Group she was responsible for development, leasing and marketing activities, and between 2008-2012 at the Polish Centrum Development & Investments she coordinated as Chief Commercial Officer the development and implementation of marketing and commercial strategies for existing and future investment projects.
Prior joining TriGranit, Beata has spent 4 years at CBRE as Head of Property and Asset Management and then as Senior Director and Head of Retail. She focused on developing retail services and she also contributed to Retail Platform activities (Investment, Retail, Development Consultancy, Building Consultancy and Property and Asset Management).
She studied Management & Marketing at the Warsaw Management School and English Philology at the University of Warsaw, and finished post graduate MBA studies at the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw. She holds public licenses in “Real Estate Brokerage” and “Real Estate Manager”.
