I am honoured and happy that we were recognized by the prestigious World Finance Real Estate Award already third time. TriGranit is having its most successful year in its two decades of operation. We successfully completed the selling of Bonarka City Center with the total area of 92,300 sqm, which was the largest single asset transaction in 2016 in Poland. Just weeks after closing the Bonarka deal, we had a similar market-defining transaction in Hungary, by selling the Millennium Towers, a 70,400 m2 Class A office complex, for EUR 175 million. This transaction is the largest ever office deal on the Hungarian market, by both value and gross leasable area. Winning this award proves, that the industry acknowledges our efforts and long-term commitments to excellence” – said Árpád Török, CEO of TriGranit.
