Marcell Laczkó rejoins TriGranit

We are delighted to welcome Marcell Laczko back to TriGranit as our Leasing and Asset Management Director for Hungary.

Marcell returns to TriGranit with more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry and a deep understanding of our business. During his previous 11-year tenure, he held several senior leadership roles, contributing to the outstanding performance of our office portfolio, the successful sale of Millennium City Center to international institutional investors, and the development of the landmark Millennium Gardens project.

Since then, he has led major office developments, including Budapest One, and has expanded his expertise in the digital transformation of real estate, with a particular focus on AI-driven solutions for asset management and business development.

In his new role, Marcell will lead the leasing and asset management strategy for TriGranit’s Hungarian portfolio, focusing on value creation, strengthening tenant relationships, and enhancing the long-term competitiveness of our assets.
